The DEV-SOL MPGS range covers industrial and commercial energy storage inverters from 60kVA to 600kVA. Every model combines on-grid and off-grid operation, a three-phase four-wire architecture, built-in MPPT, a 620–1000VDC high-voltage battery interface, touch-LCD control and RS485/LAN communication. These project-configured systems are manufactured in India by Nexus Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd.
An industrial energy storage inverter manages power between a compatible photovoltaic array, a high-voltage battery system, the utility grid and the connected load. In the published MPGS specifications, the inverter provides built-in MPPT for solar input, BMS access for the approved battery system and on-grid/off-grid operating modes in one integrated platform.
In on-grid operation, the system works with the utility supply, compatible solar array and approved battery configuration according to the engineered project design. The published product pages also describe peak-and-valley tariff management. In off-grid operation, the inverter supplies the designated load from the configured solar-and-storage system when the project design permits it. The published off-grid transfer time is below 10ms. Grid conditions, switchgear, protection coordination, battery/BMS compatibility and the approved single-line diagram must be confirmed before installation.
Selection should begin with the measured maximum simultaneous connected load, expressed in kW and kVA—not only the sum of equipment nameplates. The engineering assessment should also consider power factor, motor and compressor starting current, critical versus non-critical loads, desired backup duration, available solar capacity, approved battery voltage and energy capacity, site expansion and grid conditions. The inverter rating should be confirmed from a load study and approved project design; capacity must not be selected by connected load alone.
Potential applications include factories, cold-storage facilities, hospitals, educational or institutional campuses, warehouses, commercial complexes, captive solar-and-storage projects, peak-shaving installations and microgrids. Suitability for medical critical loads, cold-storage compressors, export to the grid or any other site-specific duty requires an engineering study and approved protection design.
